You will report to the Lead of Tenant & Co-inventor Relations, and this job’s workplace type is hybrid (office and remote).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
・Toyota Woven City’s Residents will play an important role by weaving a better future, “the future fabric of life”, through mobility with the inventors. They are the heart of TWC. Through experiencing advanced products and communicating with the inventors, TWC residents are important to inspire the inventors and help them accelerate the development speed of their inventions. We value these activities as our commitment to create “Well-being for all”.  We are looking for a person who is ready to take on this important role, creating the inspirations for the residents to take part in the PoC activities, and designing the communication opportunities for them to participate in the co-creation process.
・To achieve the fine balance of ‘triple-win’ between TWC, Inventors and Residents, we would like you to have the ownership to make negotiations / establish the necessary relationship with multiple stakeholders and achieve the success of each events (short-term goal) while ever-evolving the value creation power of the city (mid-long term goal).

RESPONSIBILITIES
・Plan and produce events (from producing to execution, regular/spot, self producing to third-party producing) while planning to improve co-creation, PoC activities and community building at TWC, achieving the long-term goal
・Be in charge of overall event related management tasks, including managing spaces, rental spaces, equipment, schedules, budget and staff, setting rules and regulations, creating manual and training guides for the staff workers. 
・Set KPIs for event and space usage effect evaluation
・Create contents and communication strategies to involve residents as the main members of the co-creation & PoC activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences in event planning, community management, area management
・3+ years of experiences under diverse (domestic & global) environment in event planning, community management, area management (e.g. PFI projects)
・Business level Japanese and English (e.g. event facilitation, meeting discussion)
・Have a passion for TWC’s mission to create the future fabric of life, who is able seek joy in taking actions with positive mindset while having empathy over others
・Have a mindset that enjoys speed, vibrancy, and a start-up-like work environment

NICE TO HAVES
<1+ year of business experiences in - :>
・Year-round events planning.  From strategy planning, value evaluation and improvement plan execution.
・Overall optimization, efficiency improvement planning and execution while simultaneously dealing with multiple events
・Project management with involving diverse stakeholders from outside partners to multiple cross-functional teams
・Contents creation and communication strategy planning skills in event planning and community building areas
