Arene Professional Services exists to be practitioners of Arene Tools and Processes and to use this experience to help transform jobs, train organizations, customize software products, develop a customer helpdesk function, and prepare others for software implementation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships between Arene and its clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding the unique needs and objectives of each client. You will be pivotal in client retention, growth and overall customer success, making your interpersonal and communication skills crucial to the role. This will also require a strong partnership with other Arene teams and external development teams from Toyota and other manufacturers, working across all products and features.

You will report to the Head of Arene Professional Services and the role is hybrid, at least 3 days in the office per week. The role will also require business trips to Toyota City weekly or biweekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
    • Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content, with help from the creative team
    • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
    • Review the customer journey, determine how it's supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
    • Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables
    • Work with UX and Product to prepare documentation or visuals of campaign performance for client; analyze trends in CSAT and NPS scores to identify areas for improvement
    • Work with Product, Business Development and Marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of experience in Automotive (OEM, Tier 1 suppliers)
    • Experience in delivering production in-vehicle software experiences
    • Creativity and willingness to work on things outside their comfort zone
    • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written in English and Japanese
    • Experience and relationships with OEMs and Suppliers
    • Excellent people and engagement skills

NICE TO HAVES

    • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
    • Software development experience and experience with the software development life cycle
