Arene's mission is to empower Toyota and its partners to deliver next-generation vehicles with hardware-agnostic software that can be updated to support new features at any time.

Arene Execution Excellence team is driving quality, standardization, and continuous improvement in the Arene organization. The team is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can build dashboards to monitor the execution of the Arene organization and run analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will report to the Team Lead of Continuous Improvement, and this role is hybrid - you will work in the office 3+ days per week.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Arene Execution Excellence team. You will create, maintain, and optimize digital dashboards that provide valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making. This role is essential in helping our organization visualize and understand key performance metrics and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement, maintain and refine analytics dashboards and digital reporting.
    • Work with data engineers to collect data from multiple sources.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the dashboards and resolve any data quality issues.
    • Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Maintain documentation of dashboard configurations, data sources, and updates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience creating and maintaining digital dashboards.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Knowledge of data integration and data warehousing concepts.
    • Proficiency in English and Japanese language.

NICE TO HAVES

    • Written and verbal communication skills to explain the insights gained from visualizations to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with database management and Jira.
    • Any relevant certifications in data visualization, data analysis, or related fields (e.g., Tableau Certification, Google Data Studio Certification).
