WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for the Logistics Operations Planning Team to manage and plan the in-house logistics services and operations in Woven City.

You will report to the Head of Logistics Ops of Woven City Team, and the workplace is hybrid (office and remote).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Management,operation and improvement of the Woven City Logistics Center
    • Lead the implementation and operation of logistics services in collaboration with various partners inside and outside of Woven by Toyota
    • To be the counterperson against the business partners, plan and lead the relationship with them
    • Project management tasks such as setting appropriate milestones, managing progress, budgets, and defining deliverables to keep the project on track
    •  Support for the demonstration in Woven City
    • Engage with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC Japan) and other Toyota group companies to promote collaborations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • 5+ years of work experience of in-house logistics operation planning
    • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Proactiveness identifying issues and engaging stakeholders
    • Daily level English and business level Japanese proficiency

NICE TO HAVES:

    • Experience in setting up any logistics project(in-house logistics, facilities and warehouses) and operating
    • Experience in logistics planning and corporate sales for 3PL business
    • Experience and knowledge of Logistics related software/system development
    • Experience in developing new business or logistics consulting
    • Experience in project management
    • Experience in problem solving and improvement using TPS (Toyota Production System)
