The Role:

Wpromote is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations who will play a pivotal role in helping Wpromote’s go-to-market organization achieve the company’s growth targets. This person will drive strategy and operational excellence within our go-to-market functions—Sales, Marketing, and Client Services—and champion the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue generation processes. They will be responsible for ensuring that our go-to-market teams have the data, tools, processes, and resources they need to accomplish key business outcomes and maximize revenue growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $140,000 - $180,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be

    • Implementing and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales performance and pipeline
    • Managing sales processes and optimizing sales strategies to maximize revenue
    • The point of contact for internal clients regarding revenue-related inquiries
    • Ensuring internal client satisfaction through effective revenue management and performance reporting
    • Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within revenue operations and across the agency
    • Generating regular reports on revenue performance, profitability, and campaign effectiveness
    • Collaborating with sales teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
    • Participating and developing the Growth Idea Organizer (GIO) approach and reporting on the process
    • Partnering with finance on successful monthly Agency Sales department commission management
    • Managing sales and client service prioritization and coordination for Sales support of same-store growth initiatives
    • Conducting bi-weekly check-ins on growth opportunities and forecasting
    • Developing and maintaining a Growth Dashboard for same-store growth opportunities
    • Reporting on weekly Agency Sales activity
    • Partnering with Head of Sales to facilitate communication and foster collaboration between departments to improve client retention and satisfaction while helping to increase close won for new business opportunities
    • Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and client service teams to align revenue goals with overall agency objectives
    • Continuously evaluating and refining revenue operations workflows in collaboration with the Head of Sales and the Marketing Team
    • Partnering with the Head of Sales and Legal Team, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client contractual obligations
    • Mitigating risks related to revenue operations through effective controls and processes
    • Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements in advertising and marketing

You Must Have

    • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations, with a preference for high-growth environments
    • Experience with revenue modeling and scenario planning
    • Proficiency in forecasting revenue pipeline accurately via Salesforce based on historical data and current trends
    • Analytical skills to identify potential revenue opportunities and risks
    • Strong working knowledge of  financial metrics and KPIs relevant to advertising and marketing services
    • Ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
    • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot) business intelligence platforms (e.g. Insight Squared, Looker) and enablement platforms (e.g. Gong.io, Demandbase, Apollo)
    • Familiarity with advertising technologies (ad servers, DSPs, etc.) and performance marketing tools
    • The capability to leverage technology to optimize campaign performance and revenue generation across the agency's current technology platforms
    • Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and lead cross-functional collaboration
    • Budget management skills to allocate resources effectively and control costs
    • Experience in financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making

Nice to Have:

    • Leadership experience, including managing and developing a team of revenue operations and enablement professionals
    • Previous advertising agency and advertising technology experience is an added benefit
