The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer (3 month contract) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth. You will leverage your creative skills to source qualified candidates across various digital marketing disciplines and contribute to our mission of building a diverse and talented workforce.

The anticipated hourly rate for this role will be $50/hr, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.

You Will Be

    • Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
    • Conducting market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends relevant to digital marketing roles
    • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a diverse candidate slate
    • Reviewing resumes within the ATS to support the high volume of applications
    • Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
    • Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics and candidate pipeline progress, providing insights to improve sourcing strategies
    • A brand ambassador for Wpromote through engaging candidate communication and showcasing our company culture

You Must Have

    • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry terminology
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (such as Lever, Greenhouse, etc)
    • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the needle in the haystack
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
