The Role

Wpromote is looking for a Business Operations Manager who ideally has experience at a digital agency, is well-versed in contract management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and relishes taking complete ownership of projects from beginning to end. You will collaborate with all departments and key stakeholders across the organization to meet internal and client demands. 

As an Operations Manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously. Within this environment, you will work closely with Legal, Operations, Resource Management, and our client delivery teams to execute new and evergreen projects. The right candidate is ready to multitask across diverse environments and dynamic enough to be able to learn technologies. We expect Operations team members to take advantage of opportunities to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate, and develop solutions in collaboration with our leadership teams!

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $60,000 - $75,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be:

    • Supporting the contract administration lifecycle, including responding to inbound requests, contract review, drafting, routing requests to departments for negotiation, response, signatures, and archiving
    • Maintaining and enhancing our internal forms, templates, and procedures in support of the Legal and Operations departments' initiatives
    • Reviewing vendor agreements related to advertising and digital marketing etc, including NDAs, media agreements, licensing agreements, and other contracts
    • Supporting Operations, Legal, and other departments in contractual negotiations with clients and media owners 
    • Managing corporate governance tasks and maintenance of company records 
    • Exercising independent judgment and discretion to work with multiple departments and outside vendors 
    • Focusing on the details of tasks, deadlines & accuracy of deliverables
    • Supporting vendor relationships and partnerships 
    • Collaborating on resourcing efforts, including but not limited to staffing plans, utilization analysis, headcount support, and outsourcing 
    • Overall responsibility across assigned operational projects and priorities 
    • Leading day-to-day project management of tasks through Asana and coordinating meetings with cross-functional teams 
    • Maintaining a knowledge base of digital marketing trends and new developments

You Must Have:

    • Minimum 2+ years of contract management experience, ideally in an agency, managing small to medium scale projects
    • Well-developed prioritization skills and experience dealing with multiple projects at any one time
    • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion, respect, and integrity
    • Experience with Asana or other task management platforms 
    • A strong work ethic; ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels 
    • Experience communicating with key senior stakeholders including internal teams and third-party vendors
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
    • Strong G Suite and Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and chart building
