The Role:

We’re looking for a Website Marketing Manager to own Wpromote’s digital front door. As an individual contributor, you’ll boost traffic, optimize user journeys, manage content, and improve key performance metrics like bounce and conversion rates. This role is hands-on but highly collaborative, working across the Agency Marketing team to align initiatives with bigger-picture goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you’ll make a direct impact on how our brand shows up online and drives growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $68,000-$80,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

You Will Be

    • Managing the Wpromote website to ensure it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversions.
    •  Regularly update content and contribute to strategies that drive traffic and engagement.
    • Supporting analysis and improvements to the user journey from entry points to conversion, aiming to enhance engagement and conversion outcomes.
    • Tracking website traffic, user behavior, and KPIs, using insights to recommend and implement improvements.
    • Executing on the website content strategy in partnership with content creators and the creative team.
    • Assisting in the implementation and testing of CRO tactics (A/B testing, personalization, landing page optimization).
    • Collaborating with the Demand Generation team to review the performance of agency-led initiatives and contribute recommendations for improvement.
    • Build landing pages that support overall agency marketing initiatives 
    • Partnering with internal stakeholders across Brand, Creative, and Content to ensure digital marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
    • Preparing regular performance updates on site traffic, conversion rates, and overall insights for leadership, highlighting successes, opportunities, and next steps.

You Must Have

    • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management, traffic growth, or conversion optimization.
    • Experience working in a CMS environment (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar).
    • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools, A/B testing, and CRO tactics.
    • Basic understanding of tag management (Google Tag Manager) and site performance tracking setups.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize websites to support growth goals.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Solid project management skills and attention to detailAn analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Nice To Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience with analytics and attribution platforms like Hockeystack.
    • Experience with website personalization tools (Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, etc.).
