This position is responsible for facilitating the intake process, beginning at the point of the client’s intake interview, including registration/intake, document verification, and the coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of client’s short-term and long-term care. Referral and follow up will be necessary for all internal services (case management, employment, children & youth, and cash/medical services) and external services at other community agencies. Additionally, this position will be responsible for helping immigrants apply for public benefits and supporting case managers with various tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of case management processes; extremely detail-orientated; excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skill and sensitivity working with people from various backgrounds and beliefs
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and resolve problems/issues promptly and effectively
- Ability to work well on a team in a synergistic work environment, a flexible and motivated team player
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a fast paced and fluid environment
- Experience in Resettlement, Social Services and related fields preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services or related fields preferred.
Requirements

- Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
- Experience in Social Services and related fields.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to an insured vehicle required
- Must be able to pass a background check and MVR check
- Experience in Microsoft software including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish/ English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as client’s needs change
- Up to 25% domestic travel only required
$19.25 - $19.25 an hour
