ORGANIZATION SUMMARY:

Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will support the Director of Economic Empowerment at WR Home Office to collect, review, and synthesis evidenced based research to inform program design and implementation of economic empowerment programing at World Relief.



RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct research on refugee and immigrant workforce development related articles, case studies, and publications
    • synthesis evidenced based employment program models 
    • Learn about the value of data reporting and data interpretation
    • Support Director of Economic Empowerment in grant writing, proposal submissions 
    • Observe and collect understanding of employment programs across all refugee resettlement agencies in the U.S.
