Perform the collection, evaluation, and documentation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data. Support a range of analytical products and functions to allow for development of signal exploitation capabilities. Translate analytical results into briefings to communicate characteristics of signal for identification and/or exploitation. Provide guidance to developers and operators of signal characteristics at the waveform or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest. Oversee the development, deployment or collection, documentation and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data.
