Capabilities

    • Support and document incoming customer requirements and ensure they are aligned to the Customer Department Lines of Effort. 
    • Develop systems design concepts for building block aspects of the energetics sequencing chain from sensing, triggering, initiating to firing. 
    • Facilitate Agile program management for technical development as the Customer Department Engineering Scrum Master. 
    • Organize design reviews, document feedback from design reviews and ensure all discrepancies are satisfactorily addressed. 
    • Arrange/coordinate for testing of building block design and associated systems. 
    • Catalogue Customer Department technical capabilities that are operationally approved for deployment, in development as well as technology gaps that still need to be filled. 
    • Maintain Customer Department engineering resource requirements aligned to fiscal year allocation and outyear planning. 
    • Assist with the development, monitoring, and maintenance of the Customer Engineering technical roadmap. 
    • Analyze technical data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
    • Monitor the Customer Department station and serve as the Customer Department Officer. 
    • Oversee the Customer Department Engineering Confluence space to coordinate and add transparency to the Customer Department engineering efforts. 
    • Lead evolving R&D efforts making use of Al/ML technologies.

Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
