Capabilities

    • Oversee day-to-day training programs and initiatives, such as the mentoring program; 
    • Organize program and project activities in order to support the creation of efficiencies,  using prior experience in sound Program Management (PM) methodologies; 
    • Support the establishment of clear and sustainable program objectives, and evaluate their effectiveness; 
    • Provide risk mitigation suggestions and support implementation of Sponsor-approved efforts; 
    • Consult with portfolio, program, and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks; 
    • Monitor portfolio program, and/or project timelines and deadlines; 
    • Keep stakeholders informed of portfolio, program and/or project timelines and deadlines; 
    • Engage in a diverse set of tasks covering a broad set of consulting capabilities, including: analytical problem solving, reporting skills and techniques, documenting and evaluating business processes as well as making recommendations for process improvements; 
    • Prepare and produce a variety of formal and informal communications, to include memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence as requested; 
    • Support the implementation of new guidance and policies, when applicable; 
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars; 
    • Manage coordination and correspondence between internal and external bodies; 
    • Manage miscellaneous data in spreadsheets.

Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
