Build the foundation and framework to scale our capital markets function from millions of dollars to billions of dollars per year. You will own this entire function end-to-end for the current credit card, all upcoming credit cards, and many innovative financial products that have never been done on a credit card before.

You will report directly to our CFO, who was a Managing Director at Barclays, and was also the former Chief Financial Officer of Earnest.

You will partner closely with an elite team of engineers, members of our finance team, and our in-house counsel who are alumni of Upgrade, Affirm, Stripe, Capital One, and more.

- Background in either fintech or traditional finance

- Extensive work experience in capital markets

- Experience working on a credit card or a tangential product is a strong plus, but is not required
