We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients over the phone, promote our products or services, and generate qualified leads. You will also be responsible for sharing positive and high-potential leads with the Business Development team to support the sales pipeline and maximize conversion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on interest and fit
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to drive engagement
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets
- Share warm or positive leads with the Business Development team for further follow-up and closure
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Handle objections and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or messaging tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Any degree or equivalent qualification is required
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer outreach
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
