We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can deeply understand our unique value proposition, take that story to the market and grow our Insurance segment. This is a hands-on role; our Sales Executive will generate leads, build and maintain new client relationships and drive the sales journey from beginning to end. The ideal candidate has sales in their DNA — they are relationship-driven, can demonstrate technical aptitude, are self-motivated and have the ability to close an opportunity.

Summary

    • Drive the strategy and execution of new sales and business development for the North American Insurance Market
    • Be versatile and resourceful in meeting sales goals and seeking out solutions to new sales and lead generation challenges
    • Develop a thorough understanding of X by 2 services through independent study, past project reviews and on-the-job training
    • Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to expectations and the challenges customers present
    • Create artifacts and presentations; work closely with X by 2's marketing department to create sales materials that connect X by 2's services with prospective client needs
    • Effectively coordinate with internal teams and adapt to different work styles
    • Leverage network and relationships to create sales opportunities

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience
    • Experiential knowledge or working technical knowledge; ability to understand technology and describe its uses/applications for a particular industry or domain
    • Experience selling IT professional services (strategy, architecture, program management, implementation); Understand this is much different from selling software products
    • Existing knowledge and/or relevant connections within Insurance market required
    • Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle process from prospecting to closing
    • Experience independently developing and executing innovative strategies for new sales lead generation, targeting senior technology executives in the North American Insurance Market
    • Experience in social selling tactics and tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, ZoomInfo or related sales enablement software
    • Proven experience developing and executing cohesive sales strategies and growing client base/sales territory
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically while presenting sales pitches to an executive audience
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently and execute prospecting plan autonomously
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, computer science or other technical discipline

Work-Life Balance

Compensation

    • Annual raises and promotions based solely on individual performance and a compensation package that well exceeds the industry average for top performers
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • $100,000-$115,000
