How you’ll make an impact…
Our sales and marketing teams are responsible for growing Xero’s business, working with accountants and bookkeepers. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the UK/EMEA sales team’s experience in accessing our product and marketing content.
Working as part of a global team within a matrix structure, you will support the way we engage with partners and customers through product marketing content that resonates with our target markets by:
Defining and delivering training programmes
Executing upon new product launches and
Updating teams with marketing campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the product marketing and channel marketing teams, to consolidate all activity and deliver ‘always on’ access, enabling our front-line teams, transforming them into growth consultants.
You will work with the global teams to build new sales enablement tools to surface the right content at the right time, based on the specific sales situation. You will also build a library of content to educate the sales teams, including competitive information fact sheets and product collateral, as well as gather regular feedback from the sales teams to constantly improve the support programme.
What you’ll bring…
Proven experience of working in a Sales Enablement or similar role focused towards supporting a sales team.
Experience in initiating, building and growing systems and processes for sales teams as well as any exposure to developing and delivering training content.
Previous experience of training and coaching sales teams would be advantageous
Experience with Salesforce
Knowledge of working in a SaaS company and systems is desirable
Demonstrable success plus competency in improving sales and marketing processes, including creating approaches/methods that are easily embraced by large teams
Outstanding sales and communication skills as well as key skills in project/program management, stakeholder management, content production, training course delivery and facilitation.
Passionate about training, coaching and a desire to make a differenceExperience in accounting/finance industry preferable but not necessary
An ability to cope with change in a fast paced, dynamic environment, experiencing growth and expansion
