    • Own the various integrations within Finance systems, represent the finance team by being a  key contributor to new integrations through your subject matter expertise  and own the resolution of any integration issues.
    • Making, documenting and executing evidence-based decisions and approaches, following best-practice principles; and escalating for review where needed.
    • Collaborating with peers as a coach where needed, enabling them to work more independently while allowing  you to further develop your coaching attributes, and to assist those around you as the ERP SME.
    • Be a leading example within the team by delivering on expectations and owning mistakes. Ultimately living the Xero values.
    • Ensure key collaboration, quality controls and processes are followed and carried out in an efficient manner, as well as engaging with the necessary stakeholders to fully understand, communicate and document process, workflows, requirements and solutions.
    • Where required, assist your People Lead to qualify and analyse work requests with a clear understanding of purpose, audience and intended approach.
    • Work closely with your People Lead to set expectations for delivery, based on best understanding estimations and fostering a culture of collective ownership and accountability for the work completed within the team.
    • Ensuring a high quality of internal control is maintained, including change management for the Sandbox & Production environments.
    • Development of testing plans/documentation and establishing standard templates for these processes.
    • Play a vital role in resolving any ERP or broader finance system issues by conducting thorough investigations independently, while also collaborating with our vendors and third-party support teams when necessary.
    • Participating in new finance system implementations with a key focus on our ERP.
