This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others and working closely with technical product teams to deliver value.

You’ll take ownership and be accountable for the technical decision making of the team and help facilitate open productive discussions on how to get the best result, identifying and resolving issues raised by testing along the way. You’ll also spend a proportion of time on people-focused tasks, including recruitment, leave approvals and long-term planning. All the things that keep a great team running smoothly.
