About the Team
At Xero, the Sales Operations Team are the driving force behind the team’s business performance. You will work closely with a collaborative manager, enabling the delivery of the go to market strategy in Canada. You will be embedded within the go to market team, collaborating with individual contributors, team leads and local leadership.
About the Role
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for the tools, processes and technologies to support our sales and marketing teams. Your impact will be helping to scale our business in an effective way by improving our sales process, highlighting trends and metrics and enhancing overall sales and marketing performance.
You will support through:
1) Sales compensation
2) Sales forecasting
3) Territory management
4) CRM administration
5) Dashboard creation and maintenance
6) Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- An enthusiasm for building strong relationships
- Outstanding communication and analytical presentation skills
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- You take initiative, work autonomously and proactively
- Desire to make an impact by supporting diverse and inclusive teams
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 4+ years in Sales Operations / RevOps
- Experience in Saas model or developed technology industry knowledge
- An analytical mindset
- Deep understanding of CRM systems - knowledge of salesforce is a bonus
- Experience working in a cross functional capacity at a global company is a plus
