We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help us connect with small businesses and our accounting partners across Asia.
This is a key role where you'll own the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that have a real impact. You'll work with a wide range of teams—from sales and creative to our global counterparts—to bring our regional marketing plan to life. What You’ll Do:
Orchestrate & Execute Campaigns: Own the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including, digital, radio, email, events, OOH, and content marketing.
Champion Our Customers: Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, creating campaigns that resonate, solve their problems, and surprise and delight them.
Collaborate to Win: Act as a key connector between regional marketing, global teams, sales, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of the regional marketing plan.
Drive Measurable Results: Embed a data-first approach into all your work. You’ll support marketing leadership with insightful reporting, continuously optimising campaigns to achieve brand and commercial goals (MQLs, SALs, and sales pipeline).
Hone Your Craft: Use your creative flair and sharp copywriting skills to ensure all marketing communications meet Xero's high standards of quality and beauty.
Own the Lead Lifecycle: Work closely with our CRM and Sales Ops teams to ensure a highly efficient lead management process from initial engagement to sales conversion.

- Excellent Communication Skills: You can articulate ideas clearly, whether you're writing compelling copy or presenting campaign results.
