How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a new colleague to join as Website and SEO Manager, based in the UK. You will be responsible for leading and executing our digital strategy, ensuring Planday.com is a best in class SaaS website. Alongside owning the implementation of advanced SEO techniques to ensure optimal website performance, driving organic traffic growth and maximising search engine visibility.

What you’ll do:
Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Conduct industry keyword research to optimise SERP organic ranking
- Track KPIs and metrics and derive insights to inform improvements inclusive of, but not limited to: Traffic by channel, Keyword ranking, CTR engagement rate, backlinks, page load time, sessions, pageviews, unique visitors, session duration, website key events, conversion rate

Technical SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Monitor and optimise website speed and performance 
- Own on page optimisation for website and landing pages 
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure our website has the technical foundation to run experiments to improve conversions and increased organic traffic through SEO

User Experience (UX) and Accessibility
- Own website user experience and web performance metrics to feed into Global Growth and Marketing team
- Alongside brand team,  design and build new website pages

Website Management and Maintenance:
- Responsible for our technical website roadmap including web development, maintenance, troubleshooting and daily operation for the business area websites
- Work with our development agency on web backlog and interpret user and business needs and outputs from UI, visual and content design and turn them into specifications for web developers

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with and manage external agencies (SEO, Web support, hosting and management) for additional support
- Work with the content team to produce SEO-optimised content strategy
- Build processes and improve the way of working across global and local stakeholders in terms of SEO, Content, etc.
- Work with business stakeholders and solution developer teams, using agile methods, to manage digital projects from the initial stage to the deployment
- Act as a subject matter expert and train and assist web editors, content providers etc. in the CMS system
