As a Senior Art Director in our in-house creative team, The Hub, you’ll help reimagine how we show up in the world, transforming the complex into the compelling, the functional into the feel-good, and the everyday into something extraordinary.
How you’ll make an impact

You’ll dive deep into the hearts and minds of small business owners, working closely with your copywriting counterpart to turn real insights into unforgettable ideas. From high-impact global campaigns to cleverly crafted social content, your work will bring clarity, charm and connection to every touchpoint.

Picture this: You’re in our Melbourne office (or connecting from wherever you work best), surrounded by a collaborative crew of writers, designers, producers and creatives. The coffee’s strong. The brief’s solid. The ideas? About to take off.You'll be a master of your craft, weaving together stunning visuals with compelling concepts. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, whether it’s sketching out initial ideas, building concept decks, or confidently selling your vision to stakeholders. And yes, you'll be leveraging the latest AI tools not as a replacement for your creativity, but as a powerful partner to enhance your efficiency and push the boundaries of what's possible.You'll be part of a dynamic duo, working hand-in-glove with a talented Campaign Copywriter. Together, you'll brainstorm, challenge, and refine ideas until they sparkle. But don't worry, if a solo mission comes your way, you'll absolutely shine on your own too. You're not just a doer; you're a leader. You'll inspire and mentor junior team members, ensuring every piece of work that leaves The Hub is nothing short of world-class.

What you’ll bring
- 7+ yearsʼ agency experience
- Excellent conceptual and art direction skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with others
- Experience with and comfort in utilizing AI tools for various aspects of the creative process, from research and ideation to content generation and optimization.
- Able to work within an existing brand platform and the smarts to know when to push beyond
- Experience across the entire creative process from briefing, concept creation through to execution
- Strong ideation skills and the ability to craft outcomes to a high standard for multiple channels (print, OOH, radio, video, and online), including comfort with AI-assisted creative processes and delivery
- Building collaborative working relationships with producers, copywriters, designers, and internal clients
- Ability to craft and present integrated campaign narratives.
- Extending and challenging our approach to campaigns, acquisition and other projects
- Lead by example to inspire, encourage and mentor junior team members
- Proactive in bringing ideas to the table that are above and beyond the current asks
- Effectively manage budgets and timelines
- Excellent art direction skills and the ability to ensure guidelines are upheld by the wider team
