How you’ll make an impact
At Xero the customer is the cornerstone of everything we do. This role is responsible for refining, developing and facilitating training content that helps our Direct Sales teams best consult with Xero customers to grow their business and ours. 

Part performance optimization and part content adaption/creation, the role involves independent project management to regionalize current Xero learning content for the Direct Sales channel and to reinforce Xero’s sales process, consultative skills, new products and services to transform the world of accounting.

You will work with the Global Direct Sales Director to capture and understand current sales enablement  assets, process, methodologies in order to Adapt/Customize Xeros existing Partner Sales sales enablement learning assets, campaigns, process, and methodology to support the Direct Sales channel with content that can be shared/distributed into local teams across NZ, AU, UK, US.

You will be expected to produce a plan and deliver learning programs for the Direct Sales channel Globally, including:
Audit and edit of Xero product eLearning courses built out for the global teams.  Customize the training for the Direct Sales channel including working closely with subject matter experts in the Global Team, Partner Sales teams. 
Adapt our ‘Big Rock’ sales enablement campaigns to be suitable for Direct Sales roles.
Adapt existing New Employee Onboarding (NEO) learning plans for Direct Sales roles. This will include reviewing current role lists, pacing and collaboration with the sales director to determine content fit, creating learning paths and managing within the Learning Management System (LMS). 
What you’ll bring…
Experience in Program/Project Management.
Knowledge of or direct Instructional design and training delivery experience preferred.
Experience in public speaking; outstanding presentation and communication skills.
An interest in content creation and learning.
Ability to learn about and understand Xero sales processes and apply that knowledge in a creative way.
You’ll be comfortable in ‘the grey’ operating with empowerment and agility and ready to adapt.
Great communicator who gains energy from lot of collaboration and stakeholder management.
Highly detail-oriented, focused and self-directed manner.
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, project management and planning skills.
A global mindset, including passion and desire to make a difference and contribute as a member of a dynamic team.
Software knowledge, including Google Apps, MS PowerPoint, plus others such as Keynote, Articulate and Evolve

This is a 3 - 6 month Fixed Term Contract role and  is accompanied by a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
