X-Mode provides real-time location data and technologies that power location intelligence for advertising and business decisions in financial services, healthcare, high-tech, real-estate, retail, and the public sector. X-Mode's flagship product is a fast-growing big data location platform, which maps daily the precise routes of 10% of the U.S. Population and maps monthly 1 in 3 adult U.S. smartphone users. X-Mode strives to produce and monetize the world’s largest location platform and ultimately create a global “living map” of 1 billion people with the highest quality location data in order to fuel the best location intelligence business solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative that’ll work closely with the founding team in continuing the growth of a multi-million dollar start-up company. They will be joining other members of the Supply Team to develop client relationships and company partnerships with a variety of App Publishers in the market to add value to the X-Mode network.

This experience is going to teach you how to strategically breakdown a business model and find the opportunities that X-Mode can fit. It’ll push you to grow in both your personal and professional life, while serving as a valuable benchmark to all other future careers.


    • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to achieve/surpass quota and drive new client growth for X-Mode.
    • Conduct research and develop deep understanding of clients’ needs
    • Prospect and initiate outbound opportunity discovery calls, demoes, and emails to educate target accounts on the quality of X-Mode’s location data and the stability our  SDK technology has.
    • Build and manage pipeline of client opportunities in our CRM (Pipedrive) to provide visibility for monthly revenue forecasts.
    • Nurture relationships to overcome objections and negotiate contracts to close
    • Become an expert and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product, pricing, and contract terms/processes.


    • BA/ BS required

    • Resourceful and customer-service oriented - creatively solves for the customers’ needs.
    • Possesses a natural curiosity about data and the value it brings to business decision-making
