We are looking to hire multiple Associates to join our global team at Xsolla! The primary function of this position is to utilize your MBA experience to provide strategic insight on current company operations, providing improved plans to different departments, and shadowing our Founder. This role has the ability to influence departments and processes. Travel may be required.

An ideal candidate will have an interest in the Tech space, video games, crypto, and new ventures. Lastly we are looking for someone that is detail oriented, descriptive and clear with their writing, ability to move at a fast pace, and that has graduated from a full-time MBA program.


    • Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders and various members of staff across all ecosystem companies 
    • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols 
    • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
    • Ensure that operational activities remain consistent, routinely upheld and always applicable
    • Able to identify partnership strategies and executes on viable plans 
    • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
    • Motivates the teams with a focus on results and in a manner that drives employee engagement 
    • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
    • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, change course when applicable, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent internal infrastructure of communication
    • Serve as a conduit of information from corporate to the field 


    • Required:
    • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations (or related field)
    • Skilled at creating, analyzing, and managing project operational manuals
    • Proficient in project management applications such as Atlassian, Google Suite, Trello and Miro
    • A firm understanding or willingness to gain understanding of the video game and web3 sector in which our organization operates
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Forward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills
    • Leadership potential and excellent relationship-building abilities
    • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
    • Goal-driven, organized, and efficient in their work
    • Preferred:
    • Experience with an entrepreneurial organization  
    • 3+ years of progressive experience


    • $130, 000 - $150,000 DOE plus discretionary bonus
