We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the CTO Office, acting as a critical partner to the CTO in driving the execution of our most strategic global software initiatives. This role will provide centralized visibility, governance, and reporting across a portfolio of programs that directly impact our platform and business success.

As a platform provider for game developers, we deliver products and features that maximize game monetization worldwide. The Senior Program Manager will ensure that initiatives run smoothly, risks are surfaced early, and leadership has the clarity needed to make decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Act as a program governance lead within the CTO Office, ensuring alignment and transparency across all major initiatives.
    • Lead and manage a portfolio of global, cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, and business.
    • Design and maintain a centralized program dashboard in Jira and Confluence for visibility into scope, deliverables, milestones, risks, and blockers.
    • Produce weekly executive status updates and portfolio health reports for the CTO and management team.
    • Standardize reporting processes through Confluence-based weekly initiative pages and roll-ups.
    • Establish and enforce best practices for Jira workflows, boards, fields, dashboards, and automation.
    • Monitor and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives to the CTO Office for resolution.
    • Drive executive alignment on scope, deliverables, KPIs, and timelines across initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • 7+ years of program or portfolio management in a software development environment.
    • Expert-level Jira and Confluence skills — able to design, configure, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting frameworks.
    • Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps / Portfolio for Jira for cross-initiative planning.
    • Proven ability to build and present executive-ready dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
    • Track record of success managing global, distributed teams.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
    • Experience in gaming, SaaS, or platform companies strongly preferred.
$130,000 - $170,000 a year
The listed range is specific to Los Angeles and varies based on factors such as location and experience.
