We are seeking a dynamic and organized Business Operation Specialist to join our Greater China region team. This role will serve as an internal liaison to support our Greater China offices and will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships, managing business operations, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-functional coordination and the ability to increase efficiency and productivity within the Greater China region.
RESONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the execution of projects in collaboration with the Business Development teamTrack and report on the internal Dashboard to monitor the health of the business.
- Provide support and assistance to the business development team in achieving their goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and assist the Business Development leader with the performance review of the Business Development team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for effective communication within Greater China departments. Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all business units and functions.
- Act as the internal point person for reaching and resolving business development hurdles.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key partners to enhance business opportunities and growth.
- Accept other work arrangements from the Business Development leader.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving business development.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible for the change of working scope according to the business needs.- Strong ability of data analysis
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multinational saas companies.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools: jira, confluence,anaplan
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
