We are currently looking for an IT recruiter to join our team who will be responsible for hiring in CIS region. If you love your profession, if you are inspired by tasks with an asterisk and your heart melts when you manage to solve them - respond, we will be glad to meet you!

We actively practice working in the format of distributed teams and are ready to discuss remote cooperation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the full cycle of the recruitment process in the company 
    • Constantly expand the recruitment funnel for each vacancy, systematically form and fill the company's candidate base.
    • Ensure the hiring of A-players, constantly improving the recruitment process and ensuring a high level of User Experience of candidates interviewed by the company
    • Constantly monitor, test and select progressive methods of candidate search and selection based on the world's best solutions
    • Continuously drive and improve the candidate search and recruitment process
    • Maintain all candidate profiles in ATS with care, accuracy and diligence

REQUIREMENTS

    • Successful experience in IT Recruitment of one year or more
    • Ability to communicate in Russian & English (at least Intermediate level)
    • High level of responsibility, autonomy and development orientation
    • Willingness to work in a multi-tasking mode
    • Ability to work deeply and thoroughly through a task: whether it is a new business process or a vacancy from an unfamiliar subject area
    • Experience working with various extensions and plugins for recruiting
    • Be ready for hiring in CIS region is a must
    • NICE TO HAVE:
    • Experience in hiring PHP developers, QA, Product Designers, Owners and Analysts
    • Have both in-house and agency experience
    • Experience closing English-speaking jobs would be a plus
    • Have rolling profiles on facebook, linkedin, Habr. Career, etc. with a contact base of 500+
    • You know how to build long-term relationships with candidates so that you always have someone to come back to
    • Experience in executive search
