ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (Contractor) who is proactive, well-networked in the regional tech scene, and passionate about finding the best talent. You’ll support the hiring efforts for Xsolla’s Baku office across a range of technical and business roles, working closely with regional stakeholders and global TA leadership.

You’ll be expected to own the hiring process end-to-end — from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, and closing top talent. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and brings deep knowledge of the local talent market.

Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle hiring for roles across engineering, analytics, product, and business teams in the Baku office.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
    • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram communities, GitHub, and regional networks.
    • Conduct CV screening, structured interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer stages in collaboration with internal TA teams.
    • Track and report on recruitment progress via ATS and dashboards.
    • Act as a local hiring partner and brand ambassador for Xsolla in the Azerbaijan tech market.

Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally in fast-paced environments.
    • Solid understanding of the Azerbaijan and regional tech talent market.
    • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Telegram, and boolean search.
    • Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is a must.
    • Comfortable using modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
    • Able to operate independently, manage your own workload, and deliver against deadlines.
