ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is strategic, hands-on, and highly collaborative to join our regional marketing team. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is excited to drive brand awareness, build impactful industry partnerships, and lead marketing initiatives that engage game developers, industry associations, and local communities.
You bring solid experience in campaign execution, event marketing, and partner collaboration, with a strong understanding of the B2B funnel, lead generation, and regional go-to-market strategy. You’re skilled at balancing creativity with operational precision, and you know how to adapt global messaging to resonate with local audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives with local industry associations, marketing partners, and developer communities — from concept to performance analysis — including joint campaigns, co-branded events, cross-promotion, webinars, publications, and speaking opportunities.
- Plan, organize, and execute key Xsolla events to drive engagement and lead generation (conferences, meetups, Xsolla Connects, Xsolla Clubs) in close collaboration with the Events Team, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and PR teams.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to prepare speaker sessions and presentations that highlight Xsolla’s priority solutions and align with local audience needs.
- Work closely with the Product and Product Marketing teams to align messaging and themes with regional product relevance and strategic focus.
- Co-create digital content and branded assets for events and campaigns with Integrated Marketing, Content, and Design teams — including email announcements, banners, videos, and presentations.
- Develop and launch developer contests aligned with Xsolla’s core solutions and regional objectives.
- Oversee lead generation and post-event lead processing: ensure timely handover to BD teams and accurate updates of leads, meetings, and opportunities in CRM.
- Conduct competitive analysis during industry events: assess competitors’ presence, positioning, messaging, and tactics.
- Coordinate PR activities related to events in collaboration with the PR team — including announcements, media coverage, and post-event press releases.
- Drive brand awareness in the region through consistent participation in key industry initiatives and community programs.
- Conduct research and market analysis to better understand local trends and tailor relevant Xsolla solutions to market needs.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through campaigns and events; monitor tool performance, funnel progression, and conversion metrics.
- Manage budgets and procurement processes: update and monitor purchases via Zip, coordinate vendor payments, and oversee legal reviews for marketing-related contracts.
- Maintain regular reporting on all activities: participation, reach, engagement, leads, ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or partnerships, ideally in a tech or international B2B environment.
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with external partners, associations, and communities.
- Experience in organizing and marketing support for events (conferences, meetups, co-branded initiatives).
- Understanding of lead generation, funnel metrics, and MQL qualification; experience working closely with BD/Sales is a plus.
- Strong skills in content coordination and localization, working with internal teams across content, design, and marketing.
- Experience preparing speaking sessions and presentations, including speaker coordination and product messaging alignment.
- Ability to conduct competitive research and market analysis to guide messaging and campaign design.
- Familiarity with PR activities and external communications; experience with media partnerships is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and Zip; confident handling of budgets and procurement flows.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Russian is mandatory.
