ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for Finance Executive that will be responsible for the financial matters for Xsolla KL Sdn Bhd
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing & administration of the company payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
- Process payroll using Quickpay software and ensure timely and accurate calculation of all salary, arrears, overtime, incentives and claims
- Ensure accurate and lawful deductions of salary payment such as statutory contributions (EPF, Socso, PCB), over payment, payment in lieu and any other deductions
- Upload salary payments at the end of the month through online banking and ensure salary payment is on time and accurate.
- Register new employees (local & foreign) with relevant statutory body
- Recording and maintaining claims information in a database system
- Processing claim payments and resolve claims in a timely manner
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Preparing corporate and individual tax computations and return for timely submission to the tax authorities
- Ensure comply with regulations by forwarding required information to relevant authorities
- Manage and maintain the company’s tax database Liaise with relevant authorities for tax, payroll and statutory audit
- Any other Finance related tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in economy, accounting or finance or ACCA
- 3+ years of experience working in audit, accounting or finance.
- Being familiar with national accounting standards
- Excellent Excel skills
- Wanting to self improve, optimize workflows, paying close attention to details
- Good prioritization and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- English language — intermediate or higher
NICE TO HAVE
- Being familiar with SQL or R
- Experience working for the Big 4
- Experience in creating Financial Statements according to IFRS, US GAAP
