We are looking for an experienced functional leader to lead a group of product owners in the Payments Product line at Xsolla. This person must have strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills and be experienced in leading a team of product owners in a fast-growing environment, including hiring and performance management. 

- Managing a team of 4-8 product owners, coaching, and providing feedback to help grow their performance and deliver results that meet business and customer needs
- Guiding the team to follow the company's principles and processes, and navigate through the product approaches to deliver quality and value to the customers consistently
- Executing hiring, onboarding newcomers, retaining, and assessment of the current team
- Conducting interviews to raise the bar in hiring to attract candidates that can strengthen the team
- Excelling in the product owner role and people manager role
- Sharing the knowledge and development of approaches for effective learning across the product line or company
- Identifying and tracking the right metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding personal goals
- Using rapid experimentation to learn quickly, iterate & get it right

- 5 years of product experience
- Experience in people management, with strong leadership skills and team motivation
- Excellent in designing, building, improving, and launching cross-teams processes
- Experienced in coaching others on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management including data analysis, product requirements, prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management
- English level: advanced
Experienced in SAFe
Certified as Agile Product Manager, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO III), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Experienced in fin-tech products
