We are seeking an enthusiastic Incident Management Analyst to join our Infrastructure team, dedicated to ensuring continuity and efficiency in business operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing their skills in incident management, contributing to incident resolution, and supporting a reliable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Record, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in post-incident reviews, assisting in creating reports on incidents and their resolutions.
- Prepare and generate Incident Management reports for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
- Implement effective incident management procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation related to incident management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous improvement in incident response.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in incident management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Solid understanding of incident reporting processes and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Good To Have
- ITIL certification is desirable but not required
