ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Project Manager who is structured, proactive, and deeply collaborative to join our Products organization. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, multi-product environments and is experienced in managing the delivery of user-facing technology that enhances digital experiences for gamers. You are confident working across internal product and engineering teams while driving external vendor coordination, ensuring dependencies are clear, milestones are met, and execution is seamless.
You bring experience managing software projects that span platforms, integrations, and multiple stakeholders. You’re fluent in modern workflow and planning tools, have excellent communication skills, and know how to keep teams aligned and momentum high. You embrace AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar to accelerate planning, summarization, and stakeholder updates, and are always looking for ways to streamline collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional project delivery across multiple internal teams and external vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and delivery milestones
- Monitor task progress, anticipate risks, and adjust workflows to stay on track
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and QA to ensure dependency clarity and shared understanding
- Organize and lead standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and syncs across distributed contributors
- Define and maintain project documentation systems, specs, timelines, trackers, and retros
- Communicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders and leadership
- Establish naming conventions, documentation standards, and streamlined workflows for collaborative execution
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance efficiency in task planning, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid experience as a Project Manager in a software, games, or tech product environment
- Proven success coordinating projects involving multiple internal teams and outsourced partners
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Track record of delivering products that improve gamer engagement or enhance the gaming experience
- Skilled at managing complex timelines, roadmaps, and delivery pipelines
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical contributors
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Actively uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize daily workflow
- Experience working on desktop apps, browser extensions, or multi-platform digital products
- Background in managing vendor relationships and integration with third-party services
- Familiarity with metrics-driven delivery and performance tracking
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of the player ecosystem and engagement tools
