ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Junior Unreal Developer who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow to join our SDK Development team. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and be excited to contribute to the development and maintenance of our Unreal Engine SDK — a toolkit designed to help game developers integrate our solutions more efficiently into their projects.
Strong Unreal Engine fundamentals, C++/Blueprint scripting skills, and a passion for creating clean, efficient tools are essential, along with experience in UI development and working with game engine plugin systems. The ability to debug issues, follow technical documentation, and improve user-facing tools will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Xsolla’s SDK for Unreal Engine.
- Use C++ and Blueprints to build modular plugins and tools.
- Ensure SDK compatibility across various versions of Unreal Engine.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including usage guides and examples.
- Test, debug, and optimize SDK components for performance and stability.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA to refine SDK functionality.
- Assist integration teams with technical support and SDK implementation troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of experience working with Unreal Engine (personal or professional projects).
- Basic knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine’s core APIs.
- Familiarity with Blueprint scripting and C++/Blueprint integration.
- Experience with UI development using UMG (widgets, animations, layout design).
- Understanding of Unreal Engine’s plugin system and build processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and team communication.
- Experience developing custom Unreal Engine plugins or editor tools.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, including request/response handling and working with JSON/XML.
- Exposure to other game engines (e.g., Unity, Cocos, Defold) and interest in cross-platform tools.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
- Knowledge of analytics, monetization, or integrating third-party services in games.
