As one of Yaguara’s first Partnerships Managers, you’ll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing SaaS company that helps leading e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands like Ugly Drinks, Urbanstems, and BLUME set goals and manage their business. With strong product-market fit, and the recent investment backing from top tier investors, now is the time to join Yaguara in a key role to shape and influence Yaguara’s partnerships team. Specifically, you will be working hand-in-hand with other SaaS companies focused on the eCommerce market to cross-promote our offerings and build joint use cases to go farther, together. Your role will report to the GM of East Coast Operations, who oversees partnerships, but will work hand-in-hand with the sales, product, and marketing teams. You must be an organized, energetic, motivated, metrics-driven, and detail-oriented teammate who is passionate about helping eCommerce teams be successful. Your dedication to growing Yaguara through partnerships will build on the strong foundation Yaguara has built over the last 2 years.  

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager with experience in a partnerships role at SaaS business focused on the eCommerce industry. You have seen the ins-and-outs of working in partnerships in a well-oiled machine, but are ready for your next adventure in an early stage company. In this role, you will continue to execute, but eventually grow into a manager role. You are a tenacious, goal-driven, and strategic-minded individual that will spearhead our partnership initiatives and create impactful synergies. You are a self-start with passion to grow partnerships and want to work in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

The Skill Set

    • BS/BA 
    • 2-3 years of partnerships experience at a SaaS-based solution in the eCommerce space
    • Demonstrated ability to close partnership deals and operate on a cross-functional basis
    • Proven track record of partner success building and rapport over the phone and in-person
    • Strong team player with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude 
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced and evolving environment
    • A student of eCommerce; endless curiosity for the DTC space and its shifting landscape.
    • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow a business
    • High energy and a positive attitude a must
