We’re looking for a hungry, full-stack marketer to join our small but mighty marketing team. This is a rare opportunity for a creative and driven marketer who wants to get hands-on experience across the full marketing funnel and rapidly grow their career.

You’ll lead projects from ideation through execution, partner with agencies, and track performance with a sharp eye on results. Just as importantly, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content, campaigns, and tactics to meet their needs. What You'll Do:

    • Campaign Ideation & Execution: Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive leads and conversion.
    • Audience-Centered Marketing: Translate customer insights into compelling content, creative, and channel strategies.
    • Agency Management: Write strong briefs, manage timelines, and hold external partners accountable to performance.
    • Performance Tracking: Own key funnel metrics, including daily pacing; proactively update stakeholders on performance and insights
    • Experimentation & Growth: Test new marketing tactics, channels, and tools (especially leveraging AI) to drive scalable growth
    • Partnership Marketing: Identify and activate brand partnerships that expand reach, build credibility, and generate leads
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, product, and revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

What We're Looking For:

    • 3–5 years of experience in marketingA well-rounded full-stack marketer with broad exposure to multiple channels and tactics
    • Proven ability to understand audiences and the marketing funnel, translating insights into effective campaigns and content.
    • A proactive self-starter who enjoys both strategy and execution.
    • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and tracking performance metrics
    • Clear communicator and natural collaborator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
    • Creative thinker who loves brainstorming big ideas and seeing them through to launch
    • Excited to work on and elevate a strong consumer brand
    • Enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
The listed salary range reflects our target for this position and may vary based on factors such as geographic market, relevant experience, and individual qualifications. Final compensation will be determined after considering the full scope of each candidate’s background.
