We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who’s excited to connect analytics, audience insights, and creative ideas to drive measurable growth. You’ll partner with our performance marketing agency on core paid channels and also take initiative in testing new growth opportunities — from referral programs to emerging digital platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Performance Marketing Oversight: Manage day-to-day execution with our agency across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Monitor spend, pacing, and ROI.
- Analytics & Insights: Own reporting across paid campaigns, web performance, and lead funnel metrics. Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Campaign Ideation & Briefing: Collaborate with creative and brand teammates to develop campaigns that connect customer insights, messaging, and performance goals.
- Growth Experiments: Test new channels and tactics — including referral, partnerships, and emerging digital platforms — to diversify lead sources and reduce CAC.
- Optimization & Testing: Run creative, audience, and landing page tests to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and share learnings from campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing (in-house or agency).
- Comfort with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, paired with creativity and curiosity.
- Experience (or interest) in growth experiments like referral, partnerships, or new channels.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity
- Clear communicator and natural collaborator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The listed salary range reflects our target for this position and may vary based on factors such as geographic market, relevant experience, and individual qualifications. Final compensation will be determined after considering the full scope of each candidate’s background.
