Yes& is looking for a Senior Account Executive who will be a key leader and front-line relationship-builder with one of our largest clients. In this role, you will develop, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels. The role requires a strategic thinker, organizer, problem solver, dot-connector and effective communicator who will go above and beyond to help solve our clients’ toughest challenges and make a mark on their brand and their business.

What you will do:

    • Manage complex, fully-integrated marketing campaigns across every step of the strategic, creative development, execution and measurement processes.
    • Develop communications plans, with a heavy emphasis on paid advertising.
    • Lead the client relationship for multiple campaigns and projects.
    • Orchestrate team contributions across paid, earned and digital media; creative; and outreach and engagement.
    • Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines and resource allocation models.
    • Ensure completion of all campaigns and deliverables to high standards of quality, on time and on budget.
    • Set a tone for the team that inspires people to do their best work.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation.

Experience you need:

    • 5+ years of experience in advertising and integrated communications with a focus on account management. Strong preference for agency experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or a related field.
    • Proficiency in the processes, language, and technology of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns, including creative development and production, paid media, strategy, research and measurement/tracking.
    • Ability to juggle multiple, complex deliverables and projects at the same time.
    • Superior communication, writing, research and presentation skills.
    • Experience in managing internal creative, digital, paid media and strategic communications functions.
    • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance.
