📋  Context

You will join the Capital Markets team which distributes Younited’s loan production to institutional investors, in France and Europe. Our investment pannel includes private open funds, private closed funds, as well as public securitizations. We have c. 200 institutional investors, with investments ranging from €1m to €200m, and target to double that number in the near future as well as expand the covered geographies.

Your responsabilities

    • Structuring private funds and public ABS securitizations for investors acquiring our loan production, in close cooperation with the Investor Sales team.
    • Participate in or lead discussions with investors, rating agencies, lawyers, management company, custodian, auditors, servicers, banks, etc.
    • Ensure that trades and structures are efficient from a regulatory and Basel perspective, with ongoing monitoring of changes in rules and regulations.
    • Ensure transactions meet both investors’ yield requirements, rating agencies criteria and internal financial targets, working with the Finance and Credit portfolio Management Teams.
    • Work closely with Product, Tech and Operations colleagues to ensure trades are structured in an operationally efficient manner.

🫵 About you

    • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac + 5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University with a specialization in Financial Markets.
    • You have prior experience in a structuring position in financial markets or asset management.
    • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and spoken.
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Commercial mindset and a proactive attitude.
    • Ability to thrive in a changing environment where teamwork, autonomy, and entrepreneurial behavior are crucial.
    • Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
    • Previous experience with Bloomberg is a plus.
