We are looking for a Loyalty & Data Manager, who will use advanced analytics to obtain and translate data into business insights in order to promote innovative and differentiated marketing strategies B2C that include loyalty, cross-selling and effective value propositions. Someone eager to learn and willing to grow while participating in Younited Credit Iberia’s activity growth! 

Reporting to the CMO Iberia, your responsibilities will be

-Understand global business needs and act as an internal consultant using advanced analytics to identify, obtain and translate data into business insights for marketing internal teams Business Development, Acquisition and Communication&Brand that lead to better business decisions. 
Measurement of results of campaigns and other actions undertaken in the Marketing department. 
Optimize Marketing results, recommending specific changes in the different strategies 
Segmentation of customer groups that are part of the business target 
Database management. 
Quality analysis of traffic from different channels and conversion rates, proposing improvements to the Acquisition and Business Development teams. 
-Built the loyalty strategy around growing and retaining existing customers through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and transform existing leads into happy clients through PRM (Prospect Relationship Management). 
-Implement a cross-selling strategy focusing on driving repurchase, loyalty and revenue within our ever-growing B2B customer base and across web, mobile and app.  
-Research industry best practices for best-in-class partner marketing automation tools and through-partner marketing programs. Create new, innovative programs by using pilots and other mechanisms to test and learn. Utilize data to continually analyse and track program success and evolve the strategy and programs. 

What we are looking for: 

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics / Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Engineering or another similar degree, and/or master / postgraduate in data management. 
2+ years of experience working in a CRM/PRM/Digital Marketing role 
Proficient in architecting Google Analytics or equivalent marketing analytics 
Knowledge in data visualization (Power Bi, Tableau, other). 
Solid data and a results-driven focus. 
Experience in analytics, reporting, and insights of main performance marketing channels. 
Being able to present relevant results or solve questions related to those results in an appealing and professional way, both through written reports and oral expositions. 
A get-it-done attitude with the ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem-solve, and willingness to learn and grow. 
Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels, i.e. a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
