From Younited we are looking for a Finance& HR Administrator who will provide a solid backbone to the organisation of all of our financial and labor aspects related to our portuguese branch.
Reporting and working closely with the Finance Manager and the HR manager, your main responsabilities will be:
Finance:
· Create and submit regulatory reports to Banco de Portugal (including CRC and Financial Statements)
· Develop local accounting: invoice entry and cash flow control
· Make VAT and Corporate Tax declarations
· Be the point of contact and protagonist of the interactions with Portuguese EY and tax audits
· Search and configure new insurance intermediaries
HR:
· Be the point of contact and protagonist of the interactions with the labor authorities
· Manage Payroll and labor relations support through knowledge of the Portuguese market
· Support in office management issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of the Portuguese labor market
- Native Portuguese and fluent in English or Spanish
- Attention to detail
- Numerical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Learn quickly, be adaptable, flexible and able to work in the ever-changing context of a growing organisation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving
