Within the global HR department and specifically assigned to the HR project department, you will help Younited scale its processes and tools in your functions as social management controller. As such, we expect you’ll be proactive within the HR team, fostering data & process quality, to be in contact with the while international HR team, and to liaise with other functions (finance, accounting, management control, strategy, compliance…).
🚀 Your mission
- Implementing HR KPIs (headcounts, attrition, absenteeism, aggregate payroll, etc.)
- Implementing dashboards and creating presentation decks (analysis and summary of quantitative data, comparison with the business plan…)
- Automating and optimizing data-related processes, improving their reliability, implementing consistency and quality controls
- Meeting our internal partners ad hoc or regular needs in term of HR data (accounting, compliance, strategy…)
- Creating and administrating ad hoc surveys in collaboration with the rest of the HR team (“index égalité professionnelle”= French gender equity index, other gender equity analysis, satisfaction surveys…)
- Making sure we satisfy our obligations and answering our external partners, shareholders and investors’ requests in terms of reporting, including CSR reporting
- As HR application manager, you’ll be in charge of making sure the international HR department is equipped with the right tools, properly configured to meet its needs, thus ensuring HR processes and reporting can happen seamlessly.
- [Based on the timing of the recruitment] Contribute to the global HRIS upgrade: identifying requirements, choosing the right solution, implementing said solution, migrating data, etc.
- Technology watching
- Implementing and conducting controls to ensure compliance of current practices with applicable regulations
- Regulatory watch, keeping in mind that Younited is growing and that the applicable regulatory framework can evolve on several scores
- Market best practice watching and Younited positioning analysis
- You’ll be uniquely positioned within the international HR department to :
- Alert the team members in case of need
- Advise them on the best course of actions and best reporting practices during their own projects
- Suggest remediation and action plans.

Collecting and analyzing data
Creating, administrating and analyzing HR surveys and reports
HR Application management
Social and regulatory watch/compliance/benchmarks
HR advisory
🤩 Your profile
- You graduated a master’s degree (or equivalent) in social management control/HR/C&B
- You have significant experience of social management control and/or C&B (3 to 5 years)
- You act as an entrepreneur and wish to join a fast-changing, fast-paced company
- You’re comfortable with numbers and make them make sense in service of a global strategy
- You’re very organized and love to manage several projects simultaneously
- You use the pack office everyday and there’s no limit to what you can do with Excel
- You’re fluent in English
