As Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our nationwide network of partner-technicians. In this role you will:


    • Analyze and evaluate existing processes as well as create or recommend new processes to efficiently operate and grow the business
    • Provide management oversight for Operations Specialist(s), and day to day guidance as needed
    • Receive and analyze data as provided by Operations Specialist(s), compile reports as needed.
    • Coordinate/communicate departmental objectives with company Fleet and Consumer sales
    • Act as a departmental interface with the software development team to ensure smooth deployment of new software features, as well as bug tracking follow-up
    • Act as an escalation point for complex problems and provide direct input as needed


    • B.A. in Economics/Statistics or B.S.C.S (or other related technical disciplines) is required
    • 5+ years of analytical or operational experience in a service company
    • Experience in data-driven decision making combined with demonstrated ability in sound business judgment
    • Demonstrated ability in effectively managing change in a leadership role
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in driving results under tight deadlines
    • Experience working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong Excel skills; ability to create moderately complex spreadsheets, data-driven reports, and graphical representations when required
    • Experience in workflow analysis
