- Yummy SuperApp: The one stop shop for all your needs, and the best friend of the household

- Yummy Rocket: Superfast delivery under 15 minutes from our own micro fulfillment centers. We want to be the largest Supermarket in LATAM that you never need to step foot in. 

Yummy Rides: Intends to be the #1 transportation solution for Venezuela.

As Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating Yummy Rocket from the ground up in your country. You’ll have control over the strategy, go-to-market, product curation, and management of all day to day operations.

Responsibilities: 

Creating and developing strategic relationships with local CPG suppliers and brands. 

Ensuring our customer-centric operation can deliver over 2,000 SKUs to the entire city in under 15 minutes. Customers want this now.

Finding real estate locations for our micro-fulfillment centers or dark stores and implementing them to be part of our value creation strategy.

Coming up with marketing strategies to acquire new users locally. 

Implementing strategies to reach and improve our KPIs: Picking time, delivery time, fill rate, product availability, and unit economics.

Full control and ownership of the local P&L, coming up with strategies to improve the business profitability in the long term.

Carrying out all supporting Yummy Rocket operations in the market including HR, product quality, and compliance. 

Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience and scaling teams across departments, preferably with exposure to last-mile logistics and/or retail

High-growth environment and start up experience, ideally with a background of launching, scaling, and operating in Argentina

Affinity for using data to make strategic decisions

A understanding of the grocery / convenience market - and a willingness to disrupt the way it currently operates

A desire to work in a dynamic environment at one of the fastest-growing startups in LATAM

Proficiency in Spanish and English
