We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partnerships manager to join our expanding team in Brazil. As a Partnerships manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive growth, expand our market presence, and deliver value to our customers. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build mutually beneficial relationships, optimize existing partnerships, and explore new opportunities in the payments industry.

🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?

●Research, identify, and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
●Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, proactively reaching out to initiate discussions and explore collaboration opportunities.
●Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, payment processors, technology providers, and other industry players in terms we could build brand and market authority through itNegotiate partnership agreements and contractual terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal, to execute partnership initiatives.
●Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization.
●Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and market threats.
●Prepare and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish valuable connections.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging market segments and potential partnership opportunities within those segments.

🟣 What skills do I need?

●Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the payments industry.
●Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including knowledge of financial institutions, payment processors, fintech companies, and industry trends is a plus. Demonstrated ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance customer value.
●Strong network in paymentsExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
●Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
●Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
●Willingness to travel as required.
●Native Portuguese is required. Advanced English and Spanish are desirable.
