Our incredible Business Development Representative (BDR) team is at the heart of our triumphs, playing a pivotal role in fueling our growth engine, responsible for delivering pipeline at scale through inbound and outbound efforts and working with our marketing team to unearth market insights and trends.

This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and will report to the regional lead based in Singapore.
At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments easily, access a variety of payment services with just one integration, and enable end users to pay easily and securely.
🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging various channels such as industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
Engagement and Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points, and tailoring solutions that align with the startup's payment products and services.
Product Presentation: Present the startup's payment solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns they might have.
Solution Customization: Collaborate with the product and technical teams to tailor payment solutions based on client requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.
Sales Strategy Execution: Execute on sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the team.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for differentiation and improvement.
🟣 What skills do I need?
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, which are required to liaise with external customers within the region.
Have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of at least 2 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Payments, or Enterprise software.
•Proven work experience in Professional Services (law, accounting, finance); Marketing experience could be considered as well.
•Familiar with tools including; Apollo, Hubspot, Drip, Outreach and or other similar tools
• Previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of at least 2 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Payments or Enterprise software.
•You possess a creative mindset. You have a keen eye for thinking outside the box to develop innovative sales prospecting and marketing ideas and campaigns.
•Customer-centric. You are passionate about our customers and will work relentlessly to prioritize their needs in every decision you make.
•You are an analytical thinker and comfortable talking numbers. You will analyze data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to sales management. You will also provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving Yuno's business goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and be able to evaluate and report on the ROI of all initiatives.
