We are looking for a Head of Sales Latam to build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payments ecosystem, allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

🟣 How Yuno will challenge you

β€’ Manage the commercial organization for Latam;
β€’ Be responsible for the commercial P&L of the region;
β€’ Responsible for building a network of key partners, payment processors and alliances to operate in the local market;
β€’ Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and driver activity to identify market opportunities and threats;
β€’ Work across all business verticals in order to manage projects to ensure execution of them and impact the business;
β€’ C-Level contact to do business with the top e-commerce companies in the local market;

β€’ Work together with the Marketing team to build awareness.

🟣 The skills you need

β€’ Our next leader should have experience in expansion in the Latam market, mainly in Payments or Fintech companies or financial areas; 
β€’  At least 5 years in B2B sales within the e-commerce industry;
β€’ Mastering Spanish and English languages ​​is mandatory;
β€’ Experience in operations management, consulting, strategy, technology, business development or a similar area (rapidly changing environment, P&L responsibility required);
β€’ Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners;
β€’  Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies;
β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
β€’ Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and strong analytical skills.
