We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to revenue generation. This position could based in any country of LATAM and offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the fintech industry while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.
🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging various channels such as industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
Engagement and Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points, and tailoring solutions that align with the startup's payment products and services.
Product Presentation: Present the startup's payment solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns they might have.
Solution Customization: Collaborate with the product and technical teams to tailor payment solutions based on client requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.
Sales Strategy Execution: Execute on sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the team.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for differentiation and improvement.
🟣 What skills do I need?
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Strong passion for sales and an aptitude for building relationships.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
•Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
•Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
•Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
•Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
